Collier Strategy Group

Data drives.
Strategy delivers.

CSG turns the numbers you already have into decisions you can defend. We use data to shape the strategy, help put it into action, and automate the work that shouldn't be done by hand. Then we come back to see whether it actually worked for your organization and the people in it.

Your organization is sitting on answers.

Most teams don't have a data problem. They have a visibility problem. The answers already exist, but they're scattered across spreadsheets, systems, processes, and conversations. CSG connects the pieces, finds what matters, and helps you turn what you learn into action.

What we do

Launch focus

Business Intelligence

Turn scattered data into information you can actually use. CSG builds reporting, analytics, and decision tools that show you what’s happening, what needs attention, and where to act. Spend less time pulling data together and more time putting it to work.

Strategy & Performance

KPIs that measure what matters, assessments that uncover what’s getting in the way, and practical solutions that address the root cause. Then we help put those solutions into action with clear priorities, owners, timelines, and measures of success.

Operations & Technology

We find the processes slowing your team down, redesign what isn’t working, and automate the work that doesn’t need a person. We also help you figure out where technology and AI can actually make a difference, based on how your organization really works.

The CSG Framework

CSG approaches every engagement through Human-Centered Operational Intelligence. It looks at two things at the same time: how well the organization is performing, and how the work affects the people doing it and the people it serves. The framework moves through five stages, from understanding the problem and its root cause to putting the solution into practice and measuring what changed. Every finding is supported by evidence, every recommendation traces back to a cause, and we come back to verify whether the solution actually worked.

Human Impact

Who the system serves, how they experience it today, and the measures improvement will be judged against.

Operational Assessment

How work actually happens, and how information moves between the systems that carry it.

Decision Intelligence

Which decisions matter, who makes them, and where people run on instinct because the evidence isn't there.

Operational Design

Redesign the system. Digitize with confidence, on groundwork that's ready for it.

Performance Verification

Come back and measure if the solution actually worked, against the baselines set in stage one.

Where CSG is today

CSG is growing intentionally. Some services are available today, others will be introduced at launch, and more are planned as the firm grows. Here’s what you can work with CSG on now and what’s coming next.
